4.3 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 8.1 menang46's Right to Suspend. menang46 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where menang46 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory risk.
8.2 Balance Upon Termination. Where an account is closed by menang46 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited as a remedy for losses incurred by the Platform. Where an account is closed at the Member's request without any breach, the verified account balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after the completion of any applicable security checks.
8.3 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your menang46 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus wagering requirements must be settled (bonuses will be voided upon closure request).
8.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.
